How Am I Feeling today?
Nothing in my life has turn out right.
Nothing in my life has turn out the way I wanted it to be.
Everything that happened in my life are just dreams.
I am so depressed, frustrated, sad and all and far and for most I am lonely!
I will die a lonely person. :(

All the World's a Stage - Poems by William Shakespeare
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
At first, the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school.
And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow.
Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth.
And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part.
The sixth age shifts Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound.
Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything
"Hope" is the thing with feathers - Poems by Emily Dickinson
"Hope" is the thing with feathers—
That perches in the soul—
And sings the tune without the words—
And never stops—at all—
And sweetest—in the Gale—is heard—
And sore must be the storm—
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm—
I've heard it in the chillest land—
And on the strangest Sea—
Yet, never, in Extremity,
It asked a crumb—of Me.
Alone - Poems by Edgar Allan Poe
As others were; I have not seen
As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow; I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone;
And all I loved, I loved alone.
Then- in my childhood, in the dawn
Of a most stormy life- was drawn
From every depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still:
From the torrent, or the fountain,
From the red cliff of the mountain,
From the sun that round me rolled
In its autumn tint of gold,
From the lightning in the sky
As it passed me flying by,
From the thunder and the storm,
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view.

Kala Hujan
Kala hujan
Usah pernah tadahkan tangismu
Biarlah basah, biar tumpah
Jangan bersisa derita itu
Kala hujan
Dongaklah ke awan dengan nikmat
Dalam hati tak rasa terjerat
Walau hati rawan yang amat
Kala hujan
Luar tingkap kulihat jelaga
Malu-malu menakung bahagia
tertunggu-tunggu datangnya suria

External HDD
This is My 500gb External HDD and it is almost exhausted now.
Reason : too much of movies downloaded especially K-Drama & Movies that takes up almost 90% of the space.
Got to slow down on them now.
Why?
Because they are turning me into a dumb ass....hahahhaa! P3! P3! It's means you're blaming others for your own mistakes. Actually, I, am, turning myself into a dumbass. To hooked up on watching those drama & movies that I got so addicted and can't think of anything else except korean movies & drama. Everytime I switch on my PC @ work or @home, those are the 1st thing that run thru my brain.....dit!dit!dit! Now I'm kinda lose track of life. Got to get my life back at course.
For a start...transfering or deleting those movie files.
12 - 4.7gb DVD.....full!
Files are too big to transfer to into DVD so decided to get me another ext.HDD. A 1TB HDD would be good. As I was browsing, I was suprised to know that I'm outdated of the gadget world now. 1TB is oldskol already. It's 4TB now. My GOD, how humiliating it is. That's why I say that I'm losing track of life.
Anyway......these are the HDD's 4TB is still new so I don't think it's in Malaysia yet but still have to go survey it @LowYat to make sure. Bet the price is still expensive if it's already in the market. So for now, I'm just going to get the 1TB HDD. Most probably Samsung cuz the casing kinda cool - Chocolate Brown. hehehe!..

I Had A Dream....
Because I had a dream last night.
I seldom dream, maybe sometime "once in a blue moon."
People says, if you dream about someone, it's because that person is thinking about you or it's because you thought about that person too much that they appears in your dream. But there is also a saying that when you dream of someone that has already died, you have to send a "doa" to them.
In my dream last night, my uncle enters our house and informed that someone is outside the house wanting to see me. The person waiting was my first BF, my first ever true love. I went to meet him, we talk and walk and laugh together. We were happy like before when suddenly the alarm went off and he was gone.
About the dream:-
1. I haven't seen him that old BF, for I think about 21 years already. Maybe he suddenly is thinking about me. Maybe he is trying to find me to apologize to me for what he had done in the past. Well, "I forgive you for everything, demi Allah! Those were during our immature times. To tell you the truth, those were the happiest moments."
2. My Uncle, he had died about a few years ago. To think that he came to find me makes me sad. He doesn't have any family. No other children except us his nephew and nieces. It's as though to mean that We had forgotten about him and nobody had send him any "DOA".
Having him coming in my dreams, making me realize that " I have lost my way for a long time, I have forgotten about a lot of things. I've strayed away for too long and it's about time for me to go home.
Masyaallah!! Ya Allah give me strength and courage! Ya Allah show me the way home!
Why do we Dream?
Although there is not much agreement on why we dream there are some interesting theories around.
One possibility is that our minds are running us through the worst-case scenario during sleep. Disaster preparation you could say.
For example if a new mother was to dream of losing her baby she is rehearsing what it would feel like for that to actually happen. So our dreams are just fire drills?
Not sure about that one…
Dreams are also thought to help people find solutions to problems. It is a know fact that artists like Salvador Dali and inventors, even musicians like Paul McCartney have gained inspiration through their dreams.
Deirdre Barrett from Harvard Medical School has found at a more basic level that everyday people can benefit through their dreams. She has found people can problem solve by simply focusing on the dilemma at hand before falling asleep.
So why do we dream then?
Whatever the reason for why we dream it has been proven through therapy that dreams can reveal certain aspects of ourselves that we were not aware were there.
Freud and many therapists since have found that dreams can give clues to more severe mental illnesses. For example Schizophrenics have bad quality dreams and usually will dream of objects rather than people.
Researcher Rosalind Cartwright has been researching depression in divorcing couples and has made an association between vivid dreamers and less susceptibility to depression. Thus, leading her to believe that dreams aid in diffusing strong emotions and is therefore essential for mental health.
What are Dreams?
From the ancient Greek and Romans, through to Sigmund Freud in the late 1800’s man has queried what the mystical stories that play out in the sleeping mind are and why we have them.
Dreams are the involuntary conjuring up of images, sounds, ideas and feelings as well as other sensations during sleep.
Dream imagery is usually fanciful and not realistic and they are generally outside the control of the dreamer, with the exception of Lucid Dreaming. Dreamers are usually participants in their dreams and the dreams will seem very real while asleep.
Dreams can be frightening and horrifying, magical and wonderful adventures or they can be quite mundane and boring.
To this day there is no accepted biological explanation to answer the question "what are dreams".
In the last decade however, with advancements in imaging techniques such as MRI our understanding of dreams has progressed.
For the first time we are able to see inside the sleeping brain and clearly see which areas of the brain are active during dream sleep. The question “what are dreams” is closer to being answered than ever before.
Observations in the sleep lab have shown that dreaming is associated with REM sleep .
Scientists now also know that the brain does not switch off when we sleep, it is actually re-awakened when we enter dream sleep. There is a difference between the sleeping and awake brain however. Only select parts of the brain are woken and are involved in dreaming.
Scientists also now know that dreaming primarily occurs in the limbic region of the brain or the area that deals with emotion.
Thus we seem to have an explanation for the highly emotional nature of dreams. For the latest information on dreams and the brain click here .
In the light of these new advancements recent research has produced several theories that attempt to answer the question “what are dreams”:
1. Continual-activation theory
This theory proposes that dreaming is a result of brain activity and synthesis and that dreaming and REM sleep are not one in the same but are controlled by different parts of the brain.
2. Researcher Eugen Tarnow believes that dreams are excitations of long term memory and that dreams take on the bizarre nature because of the format of long term memory.
3. A study in 2001 showed that dreaming is involved with strengthening semantic memories.
4. A research psychologist Joe Griffin in the UK has postulated the expectation fulfillment theory of dreaming.
According to this theory there are three principles of dreaming.
i) dreams are metaphorical interpretations of waking expectations.
ii) Expectations that produce emotional responses that are not acted upon during the day become dreams during sleep.
iii) Dreaming is a way of dealing with emotional arousal by completing the expectations in our dreams that we did not complete when awake and thereby freeing our brain to respond afresh to each new day.
These are a few of the many theories that attempt to answer the question "what are dreams" and no theory has to this day been proven.

2012 - EATING SENSIBLY FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS
For most of us, eating a sensible diet means five basic changes-
- We should eat less fat.
- We should eat less sugar.
- We should eat more fibre.
- We should eat more fruits and vegetables.
- We should avoid hunger by filling up with good food.
(1) Eat less Fat
Fat is not our friend, so we must except it in small quantities. Fat contains more than twice the calories of other nutrients. Person should switch the low fat diary products. He should eat less red meat like beef, lamb and pork. Twice a week is enough. Person should also switch to fish, turkey, chicken, pork steak, etc.
Foods to be avoided should a like high fat foods such as Fried breakfasts, pastries, cream, butter, mayonnaise, fries, chocolate, Candy, biscuits, cookies etc.
(2) Eat Less Sugar
Sugar is also not human being friend. Processed sugar is relatively high in calories. In addition, it’s almost valueless as a food. It provides us mainly with no nutrients, so if we stopped eating it tomorrow we would not be any less nourished. Person should reduce the amount of sugar in tea or coffee. There should be no addition of sugar in cereal. Person should avoid non-diet soft drinks. Instead enjoy diet drinks or fruit juice. He should start reading food labels and choose brands with less sugar.
(3) Eat More Fibre
Fibres contains fewer calories than fat or sugar, so it is an ideal slimming food. It also fills us up, so we feel nice and satisfied. It also helps to protect against a number of digestive complaints like constipation as well as diabetes and gall stones. High fibre diet includes whole meal bread potatoes, pasta, brown rice, beans, peas, leafy green vegetables, sweet corn, oat bran.
(4) Eat more fruits and vegetables
They are best friend of diabetic people. Ideally, patient should eat 4-5 helpings of fruit everyday. Whatever you do, Don’t just park your fruit in a fruit bowl and expect to eat it. Be more creative. You will eat a lot more fruit if you are.
Ideally, person should eat 3-4 helpings of vegetables every day. They should make homemade soup because it is quick, easy and even green vegetables taste delicious. Person’s should eat more salads. They should remember, salad is not just a lettuce-leaf. It includes onions, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet-corn, radishes, chopped carrot and chopped cabbage.
Patients should move away from meat. They should stop making meat the centerpiece of their main meals. They should eat small quantities of it and eat more vegetables, instead.
(5) Avoid Hunger
Hunger is definitely the Enemy No. 1 of human beings. Hunger is easily the biggest Diet-Killer. It is because hunger makes us miserable. We give up dieting and go back to the biscuits/cookies.
Unfortunately, most slimness still think that dieting means eating small portions-that’s why most of them give up dieting and stays fat.

Happy New Year 2012
Salam to all and Welcome to the New Year 2012. The year that Nostradamus predicted as the year the world would come to an end. Today is the 3rd day into 2012. Nothing has change yet. The three Days pass as a normal day. Met an old friend in the elevator this morning and she asked me, what's my new years resolution for this new year? Without hesitation I told her I had none. What's the point of making a new year's resolution when you have no intention to complete it.
Me, I want to live like what dolpharius says:
“Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.”
I want to live my life to the fullest as per what the The Prophet Muhammad SAW said:
"Work hard while you live in this world as if you would lived forever, and worship and pray to ALLAH as if you'll die tomorrow."
So lets cherish the time and the opportunity that we were given by ALLAH. With an "ALHAMDULLILLAH" to the first breath that we take every morning the minute we open our eyes.
Amin.
